Donation Policy

All donations received by RECOREG Foundation are used strictly for:

  • Administrative and operational costs necessary to support our mission

  • Any specific purpose agreed upon by the donor

We ensure that every contribution makes a meaningful impact.

  • Donations are recorded and accounted for under statutory guidelines.

3. Donation Methods

  • Cheque / Demand Draft

  • Corporate CSR contributions

  • In-kind support (materials, supplies, etc.)

All payment channels are secure and verified.

4. Tax Exemption (if applicable)

If your organization has 80G/12A registration:

Donations made to RECOREG Foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors will receive a receipt with all required details.

If not, we can adjust this line accordingly.

5. Donation Receipt

Every donor receives an official receipt that includes:

  • Donor name

  • Donation amount

  • Transaction ID

  • Purpose (if specified)

  • Date of contribution

  • RECOREG Foundation’s registration details

Receipts are issued via email or WhatsApp.

6. Refund Policy

Since donations are voluntary and used for charitable activities, refunds are generally not issued.
However, refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate transaction

  • Technical payment error

  • Wrong amount entered

Such requests must be made within 48 hours of the donation with proof of transaction.

7. Donor Privacy & Data Protection

We respect donor privacy and follow strict data protection policies.

  • Donor information is never sold, shared, or disclosed publicly without consent.

  • Sensitive data is stored securely and used only for communication and accounting.

8. Rights of Donors

All donors have the right to:

  • Ask questions and seek clarity

  • Remain anonymous (if preferred)
