Refund Policy

At RECOREG Foundation, we deeply appreciate every contribution made to support our mission. Since donations help us carry out charitable programs, we follow a transparent and responsible refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

1. General Policy

All donations made to RECOREG Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
Funds are immediately allocated to ongoing community development projects; therefore, refunds are not guaranteed.

However, under specific and genuine circumstances, a refund may be considered.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Donation: When a donor accidentally makes the same payment more than once.

  • Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is still deducted.

  • Incorrect Amount: If the donor unintentionally enters a wrong amount.

  • Unauthorized Payment: If a transaction occurs without the donor’s knowledge (subject to verification).

3. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the donation.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, donors must provide:

  • Full name

  • Date of donation

  • Transaction/UTR number

  • Payment method

  • Screenshot or proof of payment

  • Reason for refund request

Your refund request will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the donation.

Processing time: 5–7 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If funds have already been allocated to a project.

  • If the donor simply changes their mind after the donation.

  • If the donation was made more than 48 hours ago.

  • If insufficient or incorrect proof of payment is provided.
